Nutrition and fitness for kids (and everyone else)

A coworker came to me today asking about nutrition and fitness programming for kids. I have all this stored knowledge and excitement about these subjects that I want to pour out into the students. I need to KISS: Keep It Super Simple.

1. Choose your foods primarily from the perimeter of the grocery store. This is where all the fresh fruits, vegetables, meats, breads, etc. are found.

2. Move around quickly for an hour every day. Pick up heavy stuff and put it back down (thanks to Dan John!).

3. Repeat 1 and 2 CONSISTENTLY for 4-6 days a week until God calls you home.
