Tue-Thur:Conditioning (sandbags, Bulgarian bag, sledgehammer swings)10 reps each movement-squats/deadlifts/presses, "junk" drags/pulls etc. (need to build a sled...)
"Cardio Coffee" M-F: stationary bike first thing in the AM(when I don't hit the snooze button)
